Application Range:

Marking Width:
The standard width is 150mm, with options of 50/100/150/200/250/300/400/450mm. Different specification hoppers and glass bead dispensers can be replaced according to project requirements.

All hot melt line marking coatings.
Hot Melt Marking System
Equipped with a high-efficiency hot melt heating furnace that quickly heats and maintains the marking materials (hot melt plastics or hot melt coatings) at an optimal application temperature. Features constant temperature control and anti-clogging design to ensure smooth and even marking.
Marking Nozzle and Control Device
High-precision marking nozzle with adjustable line width (50mm to 450mm) to ensure uniform and stable marking width and thickness. Equipped with automatic scraper and pressure wheel devices to improve line smoothness.
Glass Bead Spreader
Fitted with an independent storage hopper and spreading device, using vibration or rotary spreading methods to evenly distribute highly reflective glass beads onto the hot melt markings. The spreading amount is adjustable to meet different reflectivity standards.
Power System
Diesel-powered with strong and stable performance, suitable for various terrains and construction environments.
Chassis and Control System
Constructed with a sturdy and durable steel frame chassis, equipped with ergonomic control handles and instruments for easy operation, suitable for long-duration work.
Positioner
The rear tail wheel is equipped with a positioner to ensure the vehicle moves in a straight line or makes free turns.
Insulated Tank
Double-layer stainless steel insulated tank with a double-layer stainless steel bottom, 100kg capacity, vertical manual stirring device, and detachable tank body design.
